Jamestown Cemetery is at the northern edge of Clinton County, on the Bond County borderline. It is on the First Street, off Keyesport Road. The cemetery is well maintained but cemetery trash is thrown into the woods on two sides of the cemetery. We were able to add a few more names/initials from broken stones found there. There are stubs of tombstones and unengraved native rock slabs still standing in the cemetery so one can presume many more people are buried here.
